The Front Carrier HIC or the Front Basket HIC is attached to the headset in a way, that it can rotate in the event of a crash and help prevent any damage to the frame. The front carrier can be retrofitted with a RILink interface to carry compatible bags and baskets. You can also optionally retrofit the RILink to the front basket, making it easy to attach and remove in seconds.
