Shipping

Please be aware that public holidays will affect indicated despatch and delivery times.

We are a small business based in Yorkshire that is open 7 days a week.

Upon receiving your order we pick and pack your order ready for taking to the post office, or collection by DPD. We do this Monday to Friday. Any orders placed Friday afternoon 2pm onwards will likely leave us on the following Monday.

All delivery services & their estimated dates are from the despatch date given at checkout.

Wether a product is in stock with us or with a supplier is indicated beneath the blue 'Add to basket' button.

Stock Availability: In Stock = With us here at the shop, ready for immediate depatch in most cases.
Stock Availability: Available With
Supplier = In stock with our supplier for that particular product.

The estimated despatch date is then indicated on the next line, based on the stock availability above.
Items that are in Available With Supplier will have varying dispatch delay estimates indicated throughout the purchase process. These are almost always an absolute worst-case scenario and designed to give us the time to get the product from our supplier, to us, then out to you.

If there is a despatch delay due to the above this is also indicated in red on the basket page.

Some items may be shipped direct from our warehouse may be sent with an alternative courier.

We try to use sustainable and non-plastic packaging wherever possible.

We reserve the right to use an alternative courier.



NB - If (on the rare occasion) your delivery does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us immediately.
DPD allow a claim window of 14 days for 'lost' parcels. If you contact us after this we may not be able to resolve any issues.



Bike Shipping & Collection

Most bikes in stock at our store are built and on display.

Unfortunately we don't trust couriers so all bikes are collection only from our store in Settle, North Yorkshire.

Hand-Delivered Ready to Ride If you live within 30 miles of your local store, we'll personally deliver your bike! Unboxed & ready-to-ride, we can also help with any initial set-up questions. Unsure if you qualify? Give us a call on 01729 824232



Other Information:


If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland delivery times may be extended, depending on where exactly you live.

Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses. We strongly advises against deliveries to be made to hotels, workplaces or multiple occupancy premises, or third party couriers. Any orders made, to be sent to a hotel, workplace or multiple occupancy premises or a third party courier, are entirely at the risk of the client. Therefore, we regret to inform, that we cannot accept any liability for orders that fail to arrive to the above, or are damaged on receipt. We will, however, do what we can to help in cases like these.



Not received your package?


Firstly, please check to see if you have received an email from us and also a tracking email from the relevant deleivery service used for your order, telling you your order has been sent. If you haven't received any emails confirming your order, then email on hello@3peakscycles.com or give us a call on 01729 824232 and we will be able to help.

In the unlikely event that you've not had your item(s) delivered in the timeframe that was provided, please get in touch by calling the shop or emailing hello@3peakscycles.com . Make sure you've got your order reference number or details to hand (you'll find this in your order confirmation email).



Damaged order/packaging


If the packaging is visibly damaged then do not sign for the goods without noting the packing is damaged. We can not be held responsible for damage caused by the courier after a package has been signed in good condition and no refund will be offered as we are unable to claim against the courier insurance if you have signed for the item been in good condition.

If once unpacked, you find your order items have been damaged in transit, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving them.

Please note: if you have instructed the courier to leave your package on your doorstep or in another insecure place, we cannot claim for missing items or damage to your package. We therefore strongly recommend that you ask the courier to leave your package with a trusted neighbour, or collect it from a local delivery depot.
