We use Royal Mail.

Please be aware that Royal Mail strike action may affect your delivery. If your item is urgent we advise checking Royal Mail strike action before ordering. We are unable to offer any postage refunds in the event of a delay.

Delivery Information:


Items in stock at our store ordered before 3pm will usually be posted the same day.

Items ordered after 3pm will usually be posted the following day.

Items ordered after 3pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

Items with 'In Warehouse' indicated will have a longer despatch time displayed. This is because we need time to transport the item to our store, then onto you. In some cases we can despatch the item directly from the warehouse. The despatch time displayed is usually a worst-case-scenario and it is usally despatched much sooner than this. If you're in any doubt, or need something quickly, give us a call.

Some larger items such as wheels, turbo-trainers, non-folding tyres and cool boxes may be sent using an alternative courier and usually won't be collected from us until the following day.

Some items shipped direct from our warehouse may also be sent with an alternative courier.

We cannot offer any postage refunds.


We try to use sustainable and non-plastic packaging wherever possible.

We reserve the right to use an alternative courier.

Bike Delivery and Collection


All our bikes are shipped with an appropriate courier.

Bikes can take up to 4 days to be inspected, checked, packed by us and then collected by a courier.
Once with the courier delivery time is approximately 1-2 days.

Couriers can be rough. 99% of bikes arrive without issue but if you suspect the bike may have been damaged in transit, please sign for it as such.
We will also need photos of the packaging and any damage in order to make a claim.

If you live close enough we will deliver it oursleves.

To ship a bike we have to partly dismantle it to fit into a box. You will normally need to fit the front wheel, attach the handlebars and also the pedals.
Please be aware the pedals are different threads for each side of the bike. If you cannot screw them in by hand, you are doing it incorrectly. Once finger tight, tighten them with a 15mm spanner or hex key from the inside.
The handlebars will usually require a 4mm or 5mm hex wrench.
The front wheel will usually be a standard fitting.

It is essential the bike is reassembled by a qualified or experienced bike mechanic before you ride it. Whilst the bike wil leave us fully checked over and working, things can get bashed around during transit and may need adjustment.

If using click and collect, only the person who placed the order can pick up the bike. We will require photo ID, your order number, and the bank card used to pay any deposit. We will also require your signature.

If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland delivery times may be extended, depending on where exactly you live.

Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses. We strongly advises against deliveries to be made to hotels, workplaces or multiple occupancy premises, or third party couriers. Any orders made, to be sent to a hotel, workplace or multiple occupancy premises or a third party courier, are entirely at the risk of the client. Therefore, we regret to inform, that we cannot accept any liability for orders that fail to arrive to the above, or are damaged on receipt. We will, however, do what we can to help in cases like these.
