Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Return Policy

The Return Policy below applies to standard non-faulty returns only.

If there is a problem with an item you have received or if you believe a product has developed a fault, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team in the first instance and we'll decide on the best course of action from there.

Important: If you have bought a bike from us online, any warranty issues will be dealt with on an RTB (return to base) basis. This means you will need to get the bike to us for inspection should the need arise and will be liable for any transport costs. If you are unable or unwilling to do this and need to take it to a bike shop more local to yourself - you will be liable for any costs and/or repairs charged by that bike shop.

Return Policy

If you receive an order and find you have changed your mind or the item just isn’t right for you, don’t worry. Goods can be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase (subject to the product exclusions outlined below).

Unwanted items are returned at your own cost.

Goods must be returned in an unused, re-saleable condition, with their original packaging, and all labels still attached. They should also be securely packaged in a sealed box, to ensure the contents are protected during transit. Our Returns Team will review all items to ensure they meet the criteria outlined in this Returns Policy. If an item is returned outside of our Returns Policy, we may be unable to process a full refund. We will contact you in such circumstances.

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method on the order within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse. Once the refund has been processed by us it can take 3-5 working days depending on your payment provider.

Product Exclusions

There are some exclusions to our Returns Policy, as detailed below:

  • Nutritional products or those with a best before date cannot be returned.
  • Personalised or customised items, such as wheel builds, cannot be returned.
  • GPS systems, such as sports watches or cycle computers, can only be returned if unregistered.
  • For hygiene reasons, any intimate garments, such as padded shorts, underwear and swimsuits, cannot be returned.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be returned.

Please note, 3 Peaks Cycles reserve the right to refuse a return if we believe the purpose was for stock trading/reselling and not personal use.

If you wish to return a bike that just isn't for you then it must reach us in a brand new re-saleable condition. If you have ridden it a few times (especially with ebikes as the mileage will go up) then we may not be able to offer a full refund. This will be assessed on a case by case basis. You are also responsible for the return shipping and any damage that may happen in transit.
We strongly suggest trying any bike first instead of just buying blind online.

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

This guidebook features the best traffic-calmed cycle routes of southern England, together forming a continuous route from Dover or Harwich, via London and Bristol to Devon and Cornwall. The book offers full east-west route directions, high-profile maps, visitor information, accommodation listings and a code to obtain GPS-tracks of the routes. The route has full connectivity with Dover, Harwich and Plymouth international ferry ports and train stations such as London Bridge, London Paddington, Bristol Temple Meads and Penzance. The book contains 940 miles (1200 kilometers) of routes.

From Dover and Harwich via either the fruit orchards of Kent or pleasant countryside in Essex, both routes merge at Woolwich Ferry to take on Britain?s capital city. Cycling through the heart of London is mostly via towpaths along the River Thames with additional green routes in Greenwich Park, Hyde Park, Richmond Park and Windsor Park. You?ll be heading west via the Avon & Kennet Canal. In Wiltshire you have the choice to cycle either by Stonehenge or Avebury. The route continues to magnificent Bath and bustling Bristol to seaside Clevedon with its striking views over the Bristol Channel.

The route continues via the charming Strawberry Line to famous Cheddar. The Somerset Levels provide the last section of truly flat cycling, because from Taunton the big climb starts into Exmoor National Park. From Barnstaple the splendid Tarka Trail provides easy cycling on a former railway. You can choose here to cycle to Plymouth from where you can cross the English Channel to France. The route into Cornwall continues via Bude, Tintagel Castle, the beautiful Camel Trail, Newquay and Penzance to the spectacular headlands of Land?s End and Cape Cornwall.
