🟤 Bronze Service – Essential Tune-Up
(Parts not included)
Our Bronze Service is ideal as a regular check-up to keep your bike safe and running efficiently. Recommended every 3–6 months, or if your bike has been unused for a while.
Includes:
- Full safety check
- Frame inspection for wear and damage
- Fork alignment and security check
- Gear adjustment for smooth shifting
- Brake adjustment for optimal performance
- Drivetrain inspection, lubrication, and wear check
- Wheel and tyre inspection

⚪ Silver Service – Most Popular
(Parts not included)
Our Silver Service is the best choice for regular riders, giving your bike a comprehensive service and performance reset. Recommended every 6–12 months.
Includes everything in Bronze, plus:
- Full bike inspection and condition report
- Brake system service (pads, cables, hoses, alignment, bleeding if required)
- Gear system service (cables, chain, indexing, derailleur clean and setup)
- Drivetrain inspection including cassette, chainset, and bottom bracket
- Component removal, cleaning, and lubrication where required
- Clean and polish
- Tubeless tyre sealant top-up

🟡 Gold Service – Full Strip & Rebuild
(Parts not included)
Our most comprehensive package, the Gold Service is a full strip-down and rebuild, ideal every 12–24 months depending on usage.
Includes everything in Silver, plus:
- Full frame and fork inspection and alignment (where possible)
- Headset service (removed, cleaned, inspected, lubricated/replaced)
- Bottom bracket removal and service
- Frame deep clean and inspection
- Suspension pivot/swing arm bearing checks
- Full wheel service (true, tension, hub strip and rebuild)
- Spoke replacement where needed
- Tyre inspection and replacement if required
Optional add-ons:
- Chain waxing
- Free 6-week post-service check-up
