Warranty

All the goods supplied by 3 Peaks Cycles are backed by a full manufacturers warranty, so if you have a problem just let us know and we will discuss how best to resolve it with you.

Security

Orders made through this website contain sensitive information. For this reason our order processing pages are stored on a secure server protected by SSL (secure socket layers). This means all data passed on by you is encrypted so only we can understand the information, preventing interception by hackers.

Our Delivery

In stock items are normally dispatched within 24 hours of you placing an order, and you should receive the goods 2-3 days after ordering. Couriers unfortunately do not work weekends, so orders placed on Fridays are usually dispatched on Mondays and with you on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Whilst we carry large stocks we do sometimes run out of stock, notably promotional items. If this happens we will endeavour to notify you of any shortages and a likely delivery time or alternative product.

Bike and Frame Orders

The range of bikes and frames available from our suppliers is vast, and whilst we carry very large stocks, we simply cannot carry all sizes & colours. As a consequence your bike order may have to be purchased on your behalf from our supplier, so please ensure the size and colour you order are correct at time of order. We will inform you of an estimated date of delivery, if the bike has to be ordered,  but cannot be held liable for any delay should this occur. If you need a bike for a specific date please advise of this when placing the order, and we can then confirm if the required delivery can be achieved.

Your order can be cancelled before or 14 days after dispatch. On cancellation 20% of the relevant price remains payable. If you choose to return a bike to us after you have received the goods you are obliged to return them in the same condition as they arrived. You must take reasonable care to ensure that they are received by us in restockable condition and we strongly recommend that insurance is taken out on bikes during transit.

Mainland UK ( Excluding Highlands and Islands)

£3.99 - most items - (eg helmets, lights, stems, clothing) 
£18.99 - bikes each (This excludes tandems which will be subject to additional charges, estimates on request.)
£9.99 - Kids bikes, Unicycles and Fun Bikes (each)

When ordering bikes, wheels or frames there is no additional delivery charge for other items.

Charges to Highlands and Islands may vary depending upon the nature of your order , please place your order and we will confirm postage costs before we process your order.

Cancellation / Exchange

You can cancel or exchange your order before or 14 days after despatch. You must ensure that they are received by us in restockable condition and we strongly recommend that insurance is taken out on expensive items during transit.

If the order is a Bike or set of Wheels separate Terms apply, please see section above.

Our Payment Policy

We accept all major credit cards, with the exception of American Express. Your credit card will only be charged for the goods dispatched, any shortages will be charged when they come into stock and are sent to you. In such circumstances you will only pay one delivery charge.

The only exception to this applies to special orders, when a charge may be levied by way of a deposit for goods ordered from our suppliers on your behalf.

Pricing / Specifications

Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy throughout this website. Pricing can unexpectedly change. In this case we will contact you prior to despatch and allow you the option of accepting the new pricing or selecting an alternative.

Specification from manufacturers can also change and we reserve the right to change features, colours or specification without prior notice.

Images and descriptions should only be used as a guide to the product that may be supplied. Whilst we always strive for accuracy on the site, errors can occur and specifications may change without prior notice. If in doubt please ask and we will resolve any uncertainty.

Whilst many of the prices on this website are the same as those in our shop, please note that unique website promotions may occur that can only be purchased from this site.
