The Cycle to Work Scheme is a Government initiative enabling those who wish to cycle to work, access to a tax free benefit, with the aims of reducing environmental pollution and promoting greener journeys.

Who is Eligable to Participate in the Scheme?

Any company can sign up to offer the scheme to their employees, no matter how large or small.

Employees must be paying PAYE and earn more than the National Minimum Wage to qualify to benefit from the scheme.

There is no credit check for employees which would like to participate in the cyclescheme.

Under 18's may participate in the cyclescheme, with a parent/guardian signing the guarentor agreement on thir behalf.

What are the Savings with Cyclescheme?

You can save between 40% and 50% on your new bike, although the exact amount saved is dependant on the employees current tax band an the employers methods of running the scheme.
